Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc. responded immediately the day after I contacted them about a broken spring in the lift. The gentleman who came to do it was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really knew what he was doing. The price was very reasonable. This was my first time using there service, but I would call them back if I needed to.
