The folks at Overhead Door Company of Cortland, Inc. were very friendly. I wasn't even sure what was wrong with our garage door, but they were very helpful. They were on time and quick in their work. They didn't try to "over-fix" anything. We have an older model and they just fixed what was wrong and told us everything else looked fine, which was nice. We had bought a remote from them when we first moved into the house. We went to the store to pick it up and they showed us how to use it. This was our first house call, though. The price was good. I love that they're local and like I said, they're very friendly.
