Overhead Door Company of Cortland was great and we had no problems at all. They put a new spring on our door because one of the springs was broken, so they came and put the new one on with all new cables--and then they reset the door and adjusted the overhead door's remote control. The technicians were wonderful, very polite, and knew their stuff. There were two technicians who worked well together--and we had no complaints.

They were on time and called beforehand to make sure we were home, and they said they'd be here in 15 minutes because they were coming from another job. The door is wonderful and works a lot better--and it's amazing. We thought we had to put another door on, but they checked and knew what was wrong and repaired it.
