There was an extremely prompt response from Overhead Door Company of Cortland, which I loved. They were affordable, prompt and easy. The guy who came was friendly, very kind and very calm. I was thinking about what if I needed a new garage door, and if that door is this going to cost a lot of money--but he fixed it. The fact he came right out to my house was great, especially when I'm not right in Cortland--but a couple towns over. That shows me that I can call and it doesn't matter that I'm a half-hour away, and that it's not going to be a problem for them.
