I have used Peninsula Carpet Care four or five times now for cleaning services. They do a very good job cleaning the carpet, but there are a couple of things about this company that are very annoying to me. Even though the carpet looks great afterward, I don't think I am going to use them anymore because I am just too annoyed by my most recent experience.

First, I don't think they respect the homeowner's time. They gave me a window of time in which they would be there to do the job, and they didn't stick with the window of time they gave me. They didn't bother to call me and tell me that they would be late, and I had to call them myself to find out what was going on. Once they finally got to my home, they didn't want to do the full workload because it was later in the day.

Second, prices have consistently and continuously gone up each time I have used them. I would think that as a repeat customer I would get a bit of a break with price increases. This time, I paid 1 1/2 times more money for them to do half the work. Last time they came out they cleaned the whole house. This time, they only cleaned two rooms, but I paid more money this time than I did last time. It is all just very annoying to me.
