My regular carpet cleaning service was no longer in business and my neighbor referred me to Peninsula Carpet Care so this was my first time using them. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and the follow up that they provided. They did some things like vacuum the carpets before they started cleaning, moving things around and putting the furniture up on blocks to keep the legs from staining. They were very prompt in returning my call and scheduling the appointment. They also sent text messages and phone calls when the day arrived to let me know they were on their way. Carpets were done fabulously! This was the best referral ever!
