We've been using Peninsula Carpet Care for years, and I guess that kind of speaks for itself. They've always been reliable and careful with furniture, doing everything the way I'd like it done. And they are always courteous, so I don't have any complaints. We like their flexibility in responding quickly if I have a carpet-cleaning emergency. We have dogs, so Peninsula Carpet does their best to schedule us if we really need them. Their staff will even come and do emergency spot cleaning just to hold us over until a slot becomes available for the whole house.
