From the moment I first got in contact with them, they were very professional and made it easy for us to get information on the service that we were interested in. Their carpet cleaning process is very thorough and they make sure to get every section of the carpet, even if it takes them a little while longer. They didn't make any mistakes and we are very happy with the pretty much new look of the carpet. I would definitely use them again.
