We've been working with Peninsula Carpet Care for about 3-4 years now and they have done good work for me in the past but most recently there were some discrepancies that I noticed. We have old dogs so our carpet gets dirty fairly easily, we frequently have Peninsula Carpet Care over to clean the upstairs and downstairs carpets. They provide me with some very good service and make sure to put an extra treatment on the spots that need it the most. They really do make the carpet look much better. What I had some issues with was that they didn't quote me the price the most recent time and when I looked at a receipt for pretty much the same work they had done before I noticed that the measurements they used on the two different jobs were different. Meaning that they either made a mistake or tried to charge me more for the same job.
