They've been cleaning our carpets for 19 years and I like them because it's family owned. Peninsula Carpet Care started with their dad Alex Sr. years ago, and the sons have all taken over and it's just kind of family oriented. They are all pleasant people who are excellent communicators.

At our last cleaning, the technician was the first one outside the family I had seen and he was very good. He was on time and the carpets are great. Usually when they come, they take a once-over look and you can tell them where you've had specific accidents--and they use special care and extra effort in those areas to bring the carpet back to its good- looking self. The carpets dry really fast, too--and they don't soak the carpets. It is a good product and a good system they use.
