I was told prior to purchase I would have a very experienced person come and clean. One with 12 years in the company and another with 3 years. What came to my home was 2 20 something year olds. One with 1 month and the other 1 year experience with the company. So first of all this was a bait and switch. I spent 10 minutes explaining what did not need to be cleaned because I had already cleaned and what needed to be cleaned. They spent 1 hour and 2 minutes cleaning my home. I paid for 11/2 hours. They did a poor job of cleaning. One person started to vacuum and I suggested she dust the room first and then vacuum. She responded by saying “I thought you were dusting this room”. I was working side by side by cleaning the areas with many pictures and items that needed to be lifted and dusted. One of the Molly Maid cleaning person decided it was time for a 5 minute cigarette break , on my dime and went outside. Before you hire this company I would suggest you research it well and when Bret-comes to your home to give you a price quote and tells you some background on the person or persons coming to clean make sure you verify. I had a disturbing experience thinking if I paid more I would get better service but I did not. I am very disappointed with Molly Maid.
