Not again!

I sat there for over an hour waiting to be seen. The secretary couldn't inform me that I was waiting for insurance verification. She couldn't take a second to tell me that she was waiting for the verification and if maybe I wanted to reschedule so I don't have to wait. No, she decided to let me wait for over an hour and after I approached her she told me that I wasn't even waiting for the doctor but for paper work. Wow just wow. Will not return there!

Our patients are the ones that make our practice! Unfortunately we were down a staff member due to illness and had a new individual handling check in. We Thank You for bringing this to our attention and we will definitely make sure this does not happen going forward.
