I experienced a long wait time, they insisted on taking x-rays which were not necessary, just a way for tgem to get more $$$$, when he finally looked at my feet he couldn't tell me why I was experiencing the discomfort but offered to write a prescription for a topical cream to help the pain. They would not give me a written prescription. Instead they insisted on calling the prescription in to a pharmacy telling me I'd be notified when the prescription was ready. They wouldn't tell me the location of the pharmacy. After several days of waiting to hear from the pharmacy I called the office and they gave me the name of the pharmacy. I looked them up on the internet and they were located in Nevada!!!!! I called them back and told them I wanted a written prescription to take to a local pharmacy and requested that they mail it to me. They said they would but NEVER DID!!!!! A total waste of time and money!!!! I got NO ANSWERS AND NO ADVICE OR HELP FOR MY PAINFUL CONDITION!
