I went away on a 2 week vacation and came back only to find a couple of water bugs in my apartment. I called and the exterminator got here as soon as they could, found the water bugs that were trapped in my bathroom and sprayed the rest of the apartment. They came by the next day to seal the holes where pests could have gotten in. This was a follow up service that was included with the payment. Overall, great staff and effective removal of the pest.
