My worst nightmare began with bedbugs! I was panicked beyond belief and having anxiety attacks. I sent an email to Positive Pest to ask for help and guide me what to do. Bennett called back shortly after and managed to calm me down. I must have sounded like a crazy person but he listened patiently and was able to answer any and every question I had. He was beyond knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I understood. He came up with a plan within my budget and when I was ready he would send his tech right out.
When Positive Pests technician Darnell came I could not have asked for a more patient, knowledgeable person and he immediately put me at ease. He was amazingly thorough with every aspect of the job and took care of places I didn't know existed! Everything was neat and orderly when I came home. Darnell you are the best!
