From the initial technician that was sent to inspect, to Richard and Darnell who did the actual job, I was extremelly pleased! They each explained everything to us in more detail. Believe me, Positive Pest is our one and only Pest control company we will deal with when in need. And speaking with Leah, she was always very helpful and I felt as if I was in good hands even though I felt I was losing my mind!
