We live in the East Village, Manhattan, and had some mice activity in our kitchen. Ben was very helpful on the phone, and he sent Larry, who did a great job of clearing away the problem. I learned a lot, actually, and am grateful to Larry for patiently explaining each step, as well as some helpful tips to make sure we don't see any more mice.
