I wasn't really in the house when Supermaids came, but they do a good job cleaning and they were thorough. That was my first time using their service, and the smell was good when I walked in the door. I thought that making an appointment was easy and straightforward: I called and talked to someone on the phone who had me text my address, and they showed up a couple hours later. I liked that they were very prompt.
