I talked to Superior Fabric Cleaners because I wanted to get my carpets cleaned. I've had the carpets for 6 or 7 years and I have always insisted that shoes stay out of it. I have an 18-year-old son and he has friends over and the carpets just needed to be cleaned and fluffed.

They brought in a double suction vacuum which was able to thoroughly vacuum the carpet before the cleaning. I live in a town house and despite my efforts to keep the carpet clean, when the door opens, dirt comes in the house. Anyway, the results are amazing! I completely forgot my carpets were a buttery golden color. They were able to transform the tan-ish brown carpets to their original color.

I remember trying to lift a stain once and the solution was not strong enough, so I added just a bit of bleach, and when they were cleaning the carpet, the technician actually pointed out that someone must have used bleach on that area. They were just very thorough.

They are strong men, but by the end of the job, they were sweating. They cleaned the carpet and got in there as if the carpet had stolen money from them. They were diligent, thorough, and their efforts very effective. Moreover, their price was economical.
