We bought a condo on the beach. The previous owners left most of the furniture, and we're very picky about germs, stains and smells. So we didn't know if we could use it until we get the place renovated a few year from now. Brian, who was my contact at Dolphin, was very helpful and polite. The work was very professional and better than I'd even expected. Our white carpeting is very clean and very white again. They also did the white sofa, also now very clean, even the arms which were fairly soiled look like new. He also did our king size mattress. They even did all the bathroom and kitchen tile which is shining. We're very comfortable living with this furniture and carpeting. It looks new! A big 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath, 1200 sq ft condo cleaned so well for $450- Worth every cent!
