We have used Greg's Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery many, many times. I like that they are flexible about which house we need cleaned. The houses are spread out among three different cities. The cleaners will do which parts of carpets we need, or the whole house, depending on what we ask them to do. If there's still a problem, like a stain doesn't come out, they will come back and fix it. They're easy to get ahold of over the phone. The cleaners are always polite and professional. We've had very good experiences with them, which is why we use them for our house, my mom's house, the family house and the vacation house.
