These guys are unbelievable, and I'll tell you why: We've had other companies throughout the years but never one so courteous, thorough, and concerned about customer service. Greg's Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery does a very thorough job cleaning the carpet. We have had other companies come with steam cleaning to help, yet the particular procedure from Greg's Carpet Cleaning was better than steam cleaning. They did it through the whole house and it was an excellent job. The carpets dried quickly and within their estimate. They said when the carpet would be dry and it was by that time. I would not hesitate to recommend them because I've done that already.
