I found Greg's Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Inc. by mistake, but it has been a very happy mistake! I received a flyer in the mail and it was for carpet cleaning and the pricing looked good so I gave them a call. While I was going over what I wanted to have done they asked me to turn the flyer over and low & behold it was for the previous homeowner! Long story short I had them come out to clean our carpeting and it turned out beautifully! I have had problems with other carpet cleaning companies who said they could not clean my carpeting because I have pets or because I have too many children. Some were downright rude to me. What a pleasant turn of events it was to deal with all the nice people at Greg's Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Inc. Everyone was so friendly from the very first phone call all the way through the cleaners who came to our house! The girl who answered the phone at the office was just as sweet as can be. She was so friendly and pleasant. She was able to set up an appointment around the time that was best for me. When the cleaners came they arrived on time and the two young guys were so very cordial. They worked as a team together and got things done on time. They didn't make me feel rushed. They explained what they were doing and maintenance tips for the carpeting and how long the dry time would be. I had shown them some spots that I tried to get out myself but was unable to and they got it out with ease! I had tried several cleaners and solvents but wasn't able to get the spots up and they did it the first time they were out here! When you have five kids, two adults and pets in the house your carpeting needs special attention and they did a fabulous job getting it clean! It looks phenomenal now! I can't say enough about how good they were! I absolutely recommend using Greg's Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Inc.!
