Overall, I had a pretty good experience with Greg's Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery. This was my first time using the company and the staff came over to clean the carpet and the tile floors. They were pretty booked up, but I was able to compromise with them and got the work scheduled.

The couches that they cleaned were also done very well. The only issue I had was that there was some residue left over on the hardwood floors next to the couch after the work was completed. I also thought that the pricing for their service was a little bit high. But I needed the cleaning and the quality of their service definitely left me a happy customer. I would recommend them to other people and consider using them again.
