When a large tree branch fell in our yard during the night the day before we were to host our daughter's wedding I sent an e-mail to Joshua Tree at 5:00 a.m. They responded at 5:15 a.m, had a crew on site at 7:00, and the branch was removed without a trace by 10:00 a.m. They even spread tarps to collect the chips from their chain saws. They definitely saved the day.
