I just bought a house and had negotiated with the seller to do the termite work myself in exchange for a credit based on the escrow report, which recommended 3,000.00 to tent the house. I called Paciic Coast for a second opinion. Matt M. came over and did a thorough inspection, he spent 2 hours poking around and crawling under the house. He didn't find any evidence of termites under the house as the previous report had stated. I found his honesty refreshing, he did recommend some preventative measures that I could do for much less than the other companies report, which I happily had done.
