Pacific Coast Termite are a very professional operation. I was experiencing a termite problem in my home and used them for treatment, as well as to take preventative measures to keep the pests away in the future. I checked out several termite treatment companies, and though Pacific Coast was more expensive than some of their competitors, they were recommended by the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

It has only been one week since treatment, so I can't say anything definitive about the success of the procedure, but the people they sent out were cooperative. A supervisor came along, as well, and he was helpful. The home office was helpful, as well, and Christina, in particular, has provided great assistance.

I do have a few reservations with Pacific Coast, though the experience was mainly positive. At first, we were all set up for them to come out, but they had to cancel at the last minute. It was difficult for me to reschedule with them afterwards, and had to call several times to get everything worked out. Also when they were here, they missed a small area, and I will be calling them this afternoon to address it. But overall, it worked out well.
