I am very fastidious about my house, and from the moment Pacific Coast Termite arrived, they were very professional and careful. They laid plastics down to walk on, even though I told them it was okay to wear booties over their shoes. They were also very careful working in the attic, and no one has ever gone into my attic without banging into something. They listened to me and they knew I was nervous and that I do not like people messing with my stuff. But they were beyond any company I have ever had come out to my house.

It was by far the best experience I have ever had with a termite control service. I have never had termite people come to my house and not leave some problem behind until now. I was also impressed that the technicians who did the work were both licensed inspectors. So if they saw anything additional, they could take care of it then.

They are my guys. I am very happy with Pacific Coast Termite. I like that they do not tent. Tenting is very toxic, so I find their approach very forward-looking from a health and environmental standpoint.

I feel very secure with Pacific Coast Termite. I cannot say enough about them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a more permanent termite solution. They may not be the cheapest game in town, but I have learned that you always get what you pay for, and they guarantee their work.
