I knew that I had termites in several different residences that I own and I wanted to use orange oil to treat the houses. Pacific Coast Termite did such a good job on the first house that I had them do the other 3 as well.

They are very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. They cleaned up well after themselves and did not leave any handprints on the overhead crawl spaces. They also made sure that they filled all of the holes that they had drilled.

I am very pleased with their customer relations and their response time. They made sure that they knew who they were working with and they were good about coming back when they needed to.

Having taught personnel management at the junior college level, I felt that Pacific Coast Termite did an excellent job of establishing and maintaining customer relationships throughout the process. I would give them a 10-star rating for Professionalism.
