We decided to use Pacific Coast Termite because of convenience. We did not want to tent our house and move our pets. We did some research on Orange oil, the product they use, and decided to give it a try.

Pacific Coast Termite was very customer-oriented from the beginning. They did a good job of explaining the difference between fumigation and Orange oil. They quickly set up the free home inspection and estimate. The inspection was very detailed. We walked around our house with the inspector and, when he gave us the estimate, we agreed that the price was right.

We wanted to start on the spot, and Pacific Coast Termite was flexible. One crew came over within the hour, around noon, and another crew joined a few hours later. They worked until about 7 p.m. and completed the job. We were really impressed.

In addition, when we put new wood in the house, they made a return trip and treated all of that wood as well.

My wife has been checking the house for termites and she has found no sign of them. It is nice to know that if we see any termites, Pacific Coast Termite will come back out and take care of it.

Pacific Coast Termite was very professional. The process was also convenient and worthwhile. If we had known if was going to be that easy, we would have done it a long time ago.
