I was given the task of getting a newsletter out to clients, with minimal instruction or training. I ran into a problem with getting a photo to fit. I spent some time emailing back and forth with Jen, then speaking to her personally as I was still having trouble understanding exactly what it was I needed to do. After our conversation, I was able to get a better idea of what was needed to get this picture to fit. After a bit more work on my side, I was able to provide Jen with a PDF that she was then able to fit into our newsletter. Outstanding! I'm so grateful for her patience and assistance.
