I placed an order for Motivated Seller & Cash Buyer Bandit Signs. Honestly, I was unsure about which color, font, format, etc., and the overwhelmed newbie in me just submitted it. I received a phone call with a gentle, enthusiast question. “Did you mean to order those colors or was that a mistake”? LOL – Not only was I told what has worked for other investors, I received an explanation as to why. I have placed many custom orders and there have been plenty of times when the order was received and I wished it was different.
