I was up until about 2 am attempting to upload a mailing list that I had typed into an excel spreadshhet of 107 contacts. I was using a template from a company that I had just started doing business with and determined that maybe their format was not compatible with your system because some of the fields weren't populating. First thing the next morning, I called your company and left a message. I recevef a call back, explained the situation and was asked to just send the list and it would be uploaded for me. Claudia Vargas spent the next several hoirs answering my questions, formatting my order, returning my emails promptly and sending proofs fast. Although this mailing was my smallest compared to my most recent of 711 contacts, Claudia handled it like it was the most important order of the day.
