Lori from Abbey Capitol Floors was very helpful. They all made everything really easy. The only issue I have is that I can see some of the seams in my carpeting now. The carpet I had before was more plush, and I couldn't tell where the seams were. I'm kind of surprised that I can see them now in the new carpet in my master bedroom suite. It has nothing to do with Abbey Capitol's service, though. It has to do with the installation.
