I had an excellent experience with Design Furnishings. First, I purchased an outdoor furniture set from them about four months ago. Just recently, I bought the covers to go with the set. What I was really impressed with was their customer service skills. I found that the staff was very easy to work and when you email them, they make sure to email you back.
