I ordered with Design Furnishings online. I picked out my patio furniture and they answered my questions through they online chat tool. They helped me make my decision and they were very customer friendly. I made my order and they told me how and when it would ship. Unfortunately, when it arrived, one piece was damaged. The claims process went very smoothly and within a couple of weeks I had a brand new piece. Typically, when things go right, it's easy, but when things go wrong you really can show if you have good customer service. They really shined with their customer service. The pieces I purchased worked for me, and the quality was good.
