I ordered a patio set over 3 weeks ago and was never contacted as to when it would be delivered. When I ordered, I was told that they would call to set up a delivery date. I tried finding out where my order was over a week ago and now I find out it is not on the loading dock and will not be replaced until confirmation. I get that, but call the dock and get your confirmation and resend my item...makes good business sense?????

The male who assisted me would go no further than to give me that information and was very happy to cancel my order. If I were running a business, he would be fired. Will never purchase from this company again.

Oh, and there is no "white glove service" as advertised with the carrier....so why do you use them?
