The customer service at Design Furnishing is extremely polite and easy to work with. When I first put in my order they contacted me to be sure it was me who placed the order with my credit card since it was a fairly big purchase. They were verifying that I wasn't being scammed and I appreciated that.

There were a couple problems with delivery, but they handled that wonderfully. The problem is that I have a flex day every week, which is a day off that changes from week to week. They only deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and so initially we had to wait for one of my off days to fall on one of their delivery days. They had to store the product longer than expected due to my schedule, but I went and told them I couldn't do anything differently and that my next day off was the next Monday. They delivered at 8:30 AM on Monday and everything was taken care of!

The only other issue was that I had ordered clips and covers for the pieces, but the covers didn't fit the pieces in the arrangement I settled on, which was an L-shape. There were practically unlimited numbers of options in how to put the pieces together, and I really appreciated the functionality of that, so i didn't mind that the covers didn't work out in the arrangment I chose. I didn't realize that would be the case, but they took the covers back and refunded me with no complaints. As far as their pricing, it was more than fair. I shopped around at several places and they had the best price.
