Received Damaged Bar Table - Will Not Replace

We ordered the Haven Bar table in addition to 10 other pieces. We we're so excited today to finally receive the bar set. We opened the box to remove the table and found that the glass top was shattered. We called Customer Service to request a replacement. Margaret, the CSR, was not only rude, but not helpful. In short, the table will not be replaced, and Margaret informed us that the only remediation we have is to locally buy a piece of glass to fit the table. We will never do business with this company again, nor could we recommend.

I am sorry you are having an issue with your order. Our records show you received your shipment and no damage was noted at the time of delivery although you say there was damage to the packaging. We mad an exception on the claim and reshipped another bar table to you and stressed the importance of notating the damage at the time of delivery. You received your 2nd delivery and again did not notate the damage although you say there was damage to the boxes.
