Abbey Carpet Northwest is very helpful and very professional. They were flexible with my schedule in terms of getting the carpet installed. They came and did the work while I was not at home and I totally trusted them based on feedback I had heard from another customer of theirs. I left for work, came home, and other than the new carpet you wouldn't have known they were even here.

I thought the price was fine for the quality of carpet I received and installation service. They also moved some of my heavier furniture for me, so I thought the price very equitable. I love the carpet, when I first stepped onto it I thought it felt like walking on marshmallows! I didn't replace the carpet on my lower lever and when I walk down there it's noticeably less comfortable. The new carpet is very comfortable and also easy to clean. I have a cat that gets hairballs so I appreciate that it cleans well. I'm thoroughly pleased with what I received. Abbey Carpet Northwest is family friendly. It's a family business and they treat everyone there courteously and in a friendly manner.
