Some things were great and some things were really bad. I called Super Air Repair to fix my stove and they came out on time and did some repairs. Anthony who came out and worked on the stove was really friendly and efficient and it took him a few hours, I was satisfied with his work, so I called them a few weeks later to work on my grill.
It turned out to be a huge inconvenience. They had to take the grill apart and look for a part and we were without a grill for three weeks. The company didn't bother to call or give us an update, they just left us hanging for three weeks and I was really disappointed. I finally called them and they told me they were having problems finding the part but they wanted to fix it, so I took their word and waited on them for another month to find the part.
It was a long, drawn out process and finally they found the part and repaired my grill. If I knew it was going to take that long, I might have gone elsewhere. I grill at a recovery center and there are people who rely on our cooking, so to have our grill be out for two months was a huge inconvenience.
I would hire Super Air Repair for oven and stove work because they did an excellent job, but if you want them to fix your grill, make sure they can fix it that day.
