Please anyone that needs appliance repair s this co rip offs they wouldn’t give me billing statement or hourly charge. Their secretary a joke the manager owner made things up Call ang list. Please don’t all this co Bbb will be aware of them.

We diagnosed her Washer. We quoted her $200 plus parts. We gave her -$50 off the labor. She agreed on the Final total price to complete the job and signed the receipt. This is standard before we begin to process parts and scheduling the repairs. We proceeded to fix the washer. The washer works now and is still working. After the repair was completed, the following day She called and asked for a receipt of the individual parts before labor. We do not offer our wholesale receipts to customers. That's our policy and by LAW, we and all companies do NOT offer the wholesale receipts. She agreed on the total cost of the repair. She did not like our answer about what the LAW is. We regret she is unhappy.
