My warranty company had me call Super Air Repair for warranty work on my air conditioning unit. The HVAC technician came out and diagnosed the system. The fan motor needed to be replaced. He did not have one in stock and told me he had to order one. Time went by, and I never heard from anyone, and I called them. They sent out another HVAC technician to diagnose the same thing that the first one did, telling me they didn't have a fan motor in stock. More time went by, and I called again with an explanation that the part was never ordered. My wife had had enough of no air conditioning as this dragged on for five weeks! I finally hired another guy to come out. He diagnosed the same problem of the fan motor needing to be replaced. He had the part in stock and fixed it the same day. Super-Air Repair did not finish the job! They did not follow through! They did nothing on this warranty repair, which is through them. I ended up paying $600 for this repair out of pocket when it should have been covered under warranty. I intend on taking this matter further as I will never use them again, ever!
