I hesitated to make an appointment for an old garage frig that was failing to cool and creating a blizzard in the freezer, but, George did a fabulous job of quickly diagnosing the problem - a clogged drain line - and repaired it speedily and reasonably. I especially appreciated how polite and knowledgeable he was, answering all my questions about temperature settings, etc. He also suggested repositioning a freezer shelf and the unit itself (more away from the wall) for increased efficiency.
