I had a leak (geyser) in the water line from the street to the house at our lake house in SC. I was in GA working when my neighbor called and said he had shut the water off. I had seen the Benjamin Franklin trucks in the area and called them.

I explained my situation and was given three appointment window options. I took the one that I had the best chance of meeting the plumbers after my drive to SC.

When I got there the plumbers were there and not only knew that I might be a little late, but parked their truck on the street so I could get in the driveway. They had already found the leak and prepared an estimate. As soon as I agreed they started to work and were finished in just a couple of hours. The price for the work and the service charge were exactly what I agreed to. They cleaned up the area where they worked and were not only professional but very friendly. I was totally impressed.

I will use them again for anything that I need and will recommend them to anyone I know.
