We've been working with iXsystems now for 4 years, and in those 4 years we've provided their solutions to as many of our clients as we could. Some, however, choose to stay in darkness and work with other vendors for their hardware.

Over the years, we've spent many dark nights on support calls, waiting for vendor's techs to show up, replacement parts to ship, and dealing with "unexplained outages," but none of those have been with our iXsystems.

Like the only light in a see of darkness, the iXsystems continue to reliably churn forward with the will only a Hobbit can match. The few times we've needed parts or support, they've been right at our side, in the nick of time, like the Great Eagles.
