I had to open my first support ticket with iXsystems today. This was after two hours of troubleshooting on my side and assuming I was looking at an RMA.

Great customer support. The only reason it took three hours to resolve my issue was I had meetings to go to. iXsystems' hsupport organization has made me a [more] loyal customer.
