Good server for good price - boss wanted an over spect DELL at above 4 times the cost. Even for a Dell of similar spec this was half the cost.

Helpful - recommended a server that was suitable to our current and future needs without trying to upsell to something way more than we would ever need.

patient people - IT took a long time to sort out the budget, go ahead to buy from head office but the sales person, Kevin, was always patient and helpful.
