slow and pretend like they're getting work done
The Commack Office is SLOW and they lie over the phone. They do not get anything done in a timely fashion for their patients which they pretend to care about so deeply. If it takes an office 1 month to write a doctors note, there is a a huge issue there. No one takes responsibility for their actions and puts the blame on the doctors not being in the office- shame on your and your staff!!
