I arrived 40 minutes early for my procedure , which Dr Sanelli knew would take 45-60 mins. I filled out all forms and continued to wait, while patients arriving after me were called in. By the time I was called in Dr. Told me he had no more time for my procedure because his other waiting patients would be late. He refused to do the procedure and blamed the office staff. Then he told me to make an appt. for Fri but the staff said that procedure is not done then.
